Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I return my item?
    Returns are free and you can simply return your item in the same box it was delivered in. Please follow the guidelines RETURN LABEL.
  • What are the delivery charges?
    Delivery is free, we don’t charge for UK delivery. The period of time between order and delivery is approximately 2 to 4 working days. If there is a significant delay, you will be notified. If you want to pay a £4 charge for a quicker delivery, of 1 to 2 working days, (which would usually arrive the next working day if the order is placed before 2pm) you will see this option at checkout.
  • How will i know which size is the right one for me?
    We are passionate about enabling you to order the right size for you. There is a link to our size chart in the shop, underneath the product information, as well as on the profile of each Ambassador, where you will also find their own measurements. In this way we hope you will be able to compare your own measurements and body shape to enable you to make a decision based on how fitted or loose you want the top to be. If you receive your item and it doesn’t fit in the way you had hoped, you will be able to return it for free (please see Shipping & Returns link in the footer)
  • I’m not sure if my order has gone through, how do I check?
    If you have put your payment details in and the order has gone through, you will get a confirmation email. If you have not received the email and are not sure whether the order went through, we suggest waiting 20 minutes and if you still haven’t received your confirmation email, contact our Customer Services team on 01271 444 660 or email us on hello@windsweptclothing.com and we will aim to get back to you promptly.
  • Once I have placed an order how do I track the parcel?
    You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order and we will keep you updated by email at every stage of the process. Once your parcel is out for delivery you will receive an email from Royal Mail with a tracking number and then another one with a delivery slot. Your parcel should arrive within 2 to 4 working days.
